Quick Start Guide

Get started with TikFlow quickly and easily. This guide will walk you through the essential steps to begin managing your TikTok content.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:
  • A TikTok account with Business Account or Creator Account enabled
  • Internet connection and a modern web browser
  • (Optional) API access if you plan to use programmatic features
Personal TikTok accounts have limited API access. We recommend upgrading to a Business or Creator account for full functionality.

Step 1: Create Your Account

  1. Visit https://d1g.qzz.io/
  2. Click Sign Up and create your account using email or social login
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Log in to your dashboard
You’re now logged in and ready to connect your TikTok account!

Step 2: Connect Your TikTok Account

  1. In your dashboard, click on Profile in the sidebar
  2. Click Connect TikTok Account
  3. You’ll be redirected to TikTok’s OAuth page
  4. Grant the necessary permissions:
    • Basic Info: Access to your profile information
    • Video Upload: Permission to upload videos on your behalf
    • Analytics: Access to your video performance data
  5. You’ll be redirected back to your dashboard
Make sure you’re logged into the correct TikTok account before granting permissions. You can connect multiple accounts if your subscription allows it.

Step 3: Upload Your First Video

  1. Click Upload in the sidebar
  2. Choose your upload method:
    • Direct Upload: Select a video file from your computer
    • URL Upload: Paste a video URL (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
  3. Fill in the video details:
    • Title (required, max 150 characters)
    • Description (optional, max 2200 characters)
    • Privacy Level (Public, Friends, Followers, or Private)
    • Disable Duet/Stitch/Comments (optional)
  4. Click Upload
Your video will appear in your upload history and can be scheduled or published immediately.

Step 4: Schedule Content (Optional)

If you want to schedule your video for later:
  1. After uploading, click Schedule next to your video
  2. Select the date and time for publication
  3. Add any scheduling-specific details (hashtags, etc.)
  4. Click Schedule Post

Step 5: Explore Analytics

Once you have published videos, you can track their performance:
  1. Click Analytics in the sidebar
  2. View your account summary with key metrics:
    • Total Videos
    • Total Views
    • Total Likes
    • Engagement Rate
  3. Explore detailed metrics for individual videos
  4. Check performance trends and top-performing content
